• Unassembled
• Individually wrapped and labeled
• Balloon garlands delivered packaged (not inflated, not pre-built)
• Decals delivered not placed on backdrops
• Tables, chairs, walls, props, and rentals delivered but not arranged or opened

You are responsible for unpacking, assembling, styling, and setting up all items unless the assembly service is added to your bundle.
