Party Rentals By Des – Customization Services Agreement

Thank you for choosing Party Rentals By Des! This agreement outlines the terms for customized and personalized items, including but not limited to menus, coloring books, cups, decals, hangover kits, signage, labels, and other custom event products.

1. Custom Orders

All custom items are created based on the information, designs, and approvals provided by the client. Clients are responsible for reviewing all proofs, spelling, dates, names, colors, and details before final approval.

2. Payment

A deposit or full payment may be required before design work begins. Custom orders will not be started until payment requirements have been met.

3. Revisions

Reasonable revisions are included during the design process. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur an additional fee.

4. Production & Turnaround Time

Production timelines begin after final design approval and payment have been received. Rush orders may be subject to additional fees.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom products, all custom orders are non-refundable once design work or production has begun.

6. Final Product

While every effort is made to accurately match colors and designs, slight variations may occur due to printing methods, materials, and screen displays.
