To-Go Party Bundle Rental Policy

Rental Minimum Requirements

To ensure a smooth and seamless experience, Party Rentals by Des has established the following minimums:

  • Single Items / Custom Orders: $250 minimum
    Delivery Fee: $75 (tolls not included)
  • To-Go Party Bundles: $400 minimum

About To-Go Party Bundles

Our To-Go Party Bundles are designed for convenience, flexibility, and easy DIY setup.

Each bundle is prepared in advance, packaged, and delivered directly to your door, allowing you to create a beautiful focal point with a simple setup.

Every bundle includes the essential décor pieces and accessories needed to complete your display.

Delivery Process

All To-Go Party Bundles are delivery-only and scheduled at the time of booking.

  • Items arrive packaged, organized, and ready for setup
  • Balloon arches are delivered separately from backdrop walls
  • Bundles include stands, décor pieces, and basic setup accessories

Please Note

  • We do not offer standard pickup services for To-Go Party Bundle orders
  • We do not offer wedding planning services
  • Party Rentals by Des is a party rental company Décor and styling services are available as an additional fee and may require third-party support. 
  • Delivery services are fulfilled through a third-party provider, and associated fees apply

Assembly Add-On Services

Professional setup is available as an optional add-on service.

Assembly services may include:

  • Balloon installation
  • Wall decal placement
  • Minimal focal point setup

Assembly fees are not included in bundle pricing and are added at checkout if selected. Focal point setup includes cylinder arrangements, dessert stand placement, and light staging such as rug or platform layout.

Rental Duration

The standard rental period is 2 days, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Deposit Requirement

A deposit is required to secure your booking and event date.

  • Deposits range from 30–50% of the total order
  • Applied toward the final balance

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Balance Payment

The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event.

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy 

  • 4+ days before event: Full deposit refund
  • Event postponement: Deposit may be transferred (based on availability)
  • Less than 2 days before event: Deposit is non-refundable

Damage or Loss

Clients are responsible for all rental items included in their To-Go Party Bundle.

  • Deposits may be used toward damages or loss
  • Additional charges will apply if damages exceed the deposit amount
  • Order Changes

Changes made after booking may result in adjustments to the final balance.

Any additional charges must be paid prior to the event date.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable once booked:

  • Custom orders
  • Delivery fees
  • Assembly services
